How to File my Taxes (on L1 Visa-married-less than 180 days)
    Hi,

I have come to U.S in Aug 2010, on L-1 Visa (so in Country for less than 180 days).
I am married is on L-2 visa and my wife was not working in 2010 and has a SSN.

Please tell me if I should file my return as resident or non-resident and should I show my wife as dependent?

    Please help
