Two controllers are now operating the same fan and we didn't change the codes
We own 3 Hampton Bay fans with lights (all the same model, and no, they don't have pull chords). We've had them for a few years and I don't remember what we did to program the remotes. Let's call them A, B, and C.

A and B are working fine.

For seemingly no reason, as of last night, the remote for C is now working two fans (and their lights) B & C. The light for C is on and there's no way to shut it off.

I checked the remote and there is no code switch with 16 settings like I've read about. Plus, even if there was, it was working fine earlier in the evening, so I don't think it's the code.

    Signed,
    C

Can you remove the cover on one of the remotes and look for switches, or under a rubber? Plug?

Thank you for your answer. I didn't see the switches at first. My wife located them. Apparently the #4 switch got bumped to the off position. We flipped it to on and it works. Thanks!
