    CIRCULAR

    FOR THE ATTENTION OF ALL EMPLOYEES

    The company is organizing an orientation programme to gain proficiency in Hindi as an endeavour towards the promotion & development of our national language as well as to facilitate communication & correspondence for the non-hindi speaking employees.

    Details of the day-long programme are given below:

    !0:am - Presentation

    11:30 - Tea

    11:45-1:30pm- Seminar

    1:30-2:30- Lunch

    2:30-5:30- Workshop

    5:30-6:00- Registration for Online Hindi Course from IINL

    Venue-
    Date-

    Attention to the above programme is compulsory for all employees. For any clarifications, please contact head of HRD department.

    If you're just looking for feeback, I would say it's pretty good. I do have a few points:

    You might want to mention if the attendees are expected to bring (or pay for) their own lunch.

    Also, you might not want to use the word "seminar" for the 1145 to130 time slot. A seminar would be a day long or multiple day event. You might just want to call it "session" or give it a name if the presenter can provide you with one.

    The first time slot you call "presentation". That's very generic. Again, ask the presenter for a name. At the very least, call it "Opening Presentation".

    You might want to provide the name of the presenter and their credentials.

    Sounds fine, if a little overly wordy first sentence.
    I would just say 'We are having a day long programme on proficiency in Hindi, our national language, for all Hindi and non-Hindi speaking employees. Attendance is required.' I'd drop Department after HRD? Minor stuff though. It's fine. Management might prefer the longer version including the endeavors.
