    I'm no doctor, but I have had lumps behind my ear that turned out to be cysts (just built up fluid/puss).. I started getting them after I got peircings.

    But if you are really concerned, see a doctor.

    Is the lump hard or soft? Does it hurt? How long has it been there?

    It feels soft it doesn't hurt and I would see it has been there for a few mouths and I believe it started as a pimple and I squeezed it and after the pimple was gone it left behind the lump the size of the lump is about 1 cm to 2 cm
