    How can I acquire a manual because the furnace man stole mine

    Go on-line for the manufacturer and model. Can usually get one there these days.

    The street value of a manual on the black market is $0.(stold manual) I have had many customers say the manual was taken or never left, only to show up and get it off the top of the furnace for them. We print off manuals all the time for our customers, at no charge. Call your service company I bet they can help you.
