    violation on doc
    Ok so my husband violated his probation and he had 2 months left and both of his charges were dropped they trasferd him to another facility to determain what time he was going to do this is his 1st violation what is he looking at?

    It's impossible to say what a judge would do... It depends on what he DID to violate. If he missed a couple of appointments, that's one thing. If he beat up his wife, that's another...
