    Recd 2 bills, each bill rs.20,000/- should I pay Rs. 40,000/- at a time, tds deduct/n

    It depends on who the bills are from. If they are from the same vendor you can make one payment for the total amount. If they are from different vendors then you would have to pay them separately as one check would go to one vendor and one check would go to the other vender.
