    Can any one answer if convicted of the allocated charges how do the determine number of years imprisonment when there are multiplies?

    When you give a video statement can you request that it be shown to the accuser or what ever they are called ?

    The use of a deposition or recorded statement is up to the prosecutors or defense attorneys to be used at trial. Generally, if you are the one on trial, then you will need to appear, and possibly testify, in court.

    You can request anything.. But, the prosecutor is going to do what he wants to do, and not what you want him to do.

    Depending on where you are, some states have a scoring process, and others let the judge go by the seat of his pants.
