    The velocity of an 11-kg box changes from 5.1 m/s to 15 m/s. How much total work is done on the box?

    How much did the kinetic energy of the box change? That's how much work was done.

    Can you calculate the kinetic energy of the box when it was at 5.1 m/s? And then again at 15 m/s?
