    What is the statue of limitations for a cilvil suit in because
    I want to file civil suit actions against a realtor and a notaries office for a purchase of a home June 2009

    Yes, since a notary only witnesses a person signing, are you saying that they said someone signed something and they never did,
    If so that would be also a crime of fraud, if they lied about who signed
