    Disclosure
I filed my Answer in small claims court on November 20, 2010. The judge denied the plaintiff's motion for judgement on February 1, 2010. I received disclosure from the plaintiffs attorney on February 9th. What do I do now?

Do you have a trial date? If not, find out when it is and be there, ready to present your defense.

No, I don't have a trial date yet. Should I call the court to see if one has been set? Do I need to provide disclosure to the court and the plaintiff at this time?

    Yes, call the court.

As far as disclosure is concerned, that would depend on the small claims rules of your jurisdiction. You might ask the clerk for the rules when you call.
