    I am a 14 year old girl age 14.8 years old and 5'7. How can I reach a height of 5'9 or 5'10? And my mom is 5'8 and dad 6'5

    You may or may not reach that height. Since you are 14, you are still growing. It's all in the genetics. Only time will tell.

    There is no way to MAKE yourself grow a certain height, other than perhaps asking your mom for some heeled shoes or platform shoes.
