But he won't cooperate he did answer to my complaint only to say he wanted me to be happy. We both agreed to joint custody but now he's trying to fight me on everything still trying to hold on to me. I have done everything in my power to help him out he has no car,job, etc. He has done numerous amount of things to make me think he is Bi-Polar. I don't know what to do one minute he's nice and the next he flips out on me

Whether he cooperates is pretty much immaterial. You apparently have served him with the necessary legal paperwork.

I will proceed my fear is my daughter I have been dropping her off to him and he just got irate on the telephone.Cursing me out and saying that don't copmke back to get her she's satying with him etc. We both have the same rights to her.
