    Do I not have a recourse to the judge giving me mediation, then signing a summary judgement before it occurred? The plaintiff filed for summary on the basis that I failed to answer interrogatories in 33 days, however, I sent the attorney a letter requesting more time which he signed in agreement. The judge never saw this, we did not agree in mediation and instead of a day in court I get a garnisment.
