    First time violation, on a first offence
    My Fiancé of 8 years was taken to jail this feb 14th on a pov of a bad drug test(original offence C felony burglary). He was put on a 2 year probation in march of 09, so he had 2 months left on his probation. He has had his Video court, and was to have his court date this coming march 16th. My issue is that our wedding is Feb. 28th. I have hired an attorney but I was just looking for any advice on this issue, and anything anyone might know to help me get him out in time.

    The Attorney is the one with very specific info and the best equipped to handle this.

    Yes, I've heard what he has to say. I'm looking for anyone who may know of a similar case or might be able to offer any kind of assurance.

    It varies by State, any number of factors. If you aren't confident in your attorney, find another attorney.
