Does the ab belt really work?
Has anybody had success with using one of those electrical ab belts? How often did you use it and for how long? What kind of results did you have? I got one as a gift, and want to know if it is worth using. Thank you

Short answer: No. Okay, it's better than nothing, but while they do produce results that can be measured, they can rarely be seen, and to be honest, they are messy and annoying to use frequently.

I've tried them, and while you can feel them working, you have almost no feeling afterwards of having worked the muscles. In five concentrated crunches, I can work my abs harder than 20 minutes with an ab belt.
