Hi,

I have a low forehead and when I was about 13 I used to wear my hair pulled back. Then I started to get to 16 I was using tongs on the front of my hair. The result is that I had sparse, broken hairs which I ended up shaving. Now my hair is nearly black and my skin is pale so ever since I have sparse, broken, dark stubble around my hairline which I have to pluck every day. Even then it is still visible. I am looking to get electrolysis to permanently get rid of it but was wondering how many treatments I might need, will I have to grow the hair out and will it leave any redness/side effects? Thanks!

You'd have to ask the Tech about how many treatments and the cost. Yes, electrolysis causes redness and swelling when it's first performed. It's also a continuous process and needs touch ups.
