Im 15 years old, and I want to be adopted from my parents by my aunt or grandmother
My parents have 3 kids living currently with them. Me and my 2 sisters one older and one younger than me. We are moving and my brother is going to come live with us again as well. My parents not financially stable at all.

My mom treats me horribly, and my dad is too busy babying my 12 year old little sister to even care if I exsist. Im the only kid in this household that gets ignored and treated this bad. Im unhappy, and I cry myself to sleep a lot. I don't know what I did for them to not like me but I just don't want to be here anymore.

My aunt offered to adopt me, my parents just think she's kidding and just keep shrugging it off with a laugh because they don't think I would ever think about doing that.

Both my aunt and grandmother raised me, I would be over her house for a 2 weeks at a time and most the summer and my aunt would always visit she's like a mother to me.

I wanted to know can one of them adopt me from my parents without involving the courts?

No, the only way you could be adopted is with your parents agreement and court approval.

Its also unlikely a court would allow an adoption since its final. They might agree to temporary guardianship.

Okay, so is there something I can have them sign saying I can live with one of them instead of adoption.

No there is nothing YOU can have them sign, the grandparents can file in court for guardianship and your parents can sign the court papers that the attorneys draw up.

No. For them to be legally responsible for you, a court has to affirm it.
