50% custody rights
Me and my ex-girlfriend broke up about three months ago now but about two weeks after we broke up she decided to tell me that she was pregnant with my son! Not even a month passes I believe and she went into early labor because of stress and stuff but she wouldn't really talk to me or tell me anything, let alone see him or come to the hospital! She kept him from me for about a month and then decided to let me see him and get me attached to him and now she is trying to keep me away from him permanently and probably take me to court! She does not like that I have a girlfriend now and has changed her whole perspective up on me being apart of his life! I didn't sign his birth certificate and I am not legal to live in the united states but am in the process of getting my green card! I am also not very stable with money eitha and I really want to be apart of my son's life but don't know what to do! My son is also on his death bed from what my ex says and needs a heart! Now we had our problems when we were together, who doesn't but truthfully I was with her for five years taking care of her and her son that is not mine! In between that time we did have a daughter that she gave up for adoption without my consent because we broke up! I went back to her after the fact to prove to her that I wanted to be with her but ended up being very miserable with her all and all because she was trying to rule my life and change me! Always telling me I was cheating on her and we were just always arguing and fighting for really no reason... I got tired of that life and left her not knowing she was pregnant at all and I put that on my mother's grave! NOW AM I WRONG FOR ANYTHING I HAVE DONE AND WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT MY SON AND BEING APART OF HIS LIFE??

Get a DNA test done before anything. So far as Im aware of a baby can not be born that early. 20 weeks is about the minimum. And even then the baby would be in the hospital for maybe another 6 weeks. You need to find out what's really going on.

Yes you are wrong for something's that you did.
#1 you were wrong for entering or staying in this country illegally
#2 you were wrong (possibly) for having unprotected sex
You are not wrong for wanting to be a part of your son's life. But to do that you will need to go to court to establish paternity and custody.

You hire an attorney file for joint custody or at least visits, set up child support and go to court over it
