    I need to find the name of a movie.
    It was made probably early 90's. About a physco who kidnaps young boys and girls and torments them, he sows there mouths shut & eyes shut so they can't see him or scream. He kidnapper has body peircing all every his face and is very heavly tattood also on his face. I really really eed to know te name of it its been bugging me. Appreciate your help
