I can't remember a name of this film I once saw but here is some of the story line that I can remember

It starts where there is a little girl living with her mum but her mum leaves a cigarette burning and the house burns down and I think her mum tells the social services to take her any way when she is older she starts to be a back up singer at this club but what people don't know is that the real singer is miming and its actually this back up singer then when they are finished one night at work she sings behind stage and this man called dice hears her and wants to make her big so she starts singing properly her and dice get together and meanwhile well this is all happening she is still looking for her mum when her and dice have a fight she moves out of there house then something happens dice gets killed but she goes to do this big concert and she has a sore thought and she drinks hot honey...
