I have an ex husband has a court order to pay child support, every time I text him regarding his kids he text me verbal abusive, meanfull words. For one he is mad because he has been asking me to help him get his papers he had an employment authorization card since 1990 and now they do not renewal them anymore so he's been trying to get his card and because we have kids together he expects me to help him, well that didn't happen I refused cause that's the only reason why he had married me for and from I heard he is now illegal I am tired of dealing with his abusive mouth and need to know what I can do?

You stop the text abuse by stopping your texts to him, and use the court to deal with lack of payments.
Facing deportation, I doubt that he wants to hear about anything except help with his employment card.
Without work, how can he give you money? If he's deported, how can he give you money?
Are you willing to just be on welfare with him gone? If you want him deported, so be it, and make sure you apply for benefits, and stop talking with him.

I'm sorry the kids are the pawns in this game. You two should be working together on what is best for them.

I am working full time at the same company for 6 years and the government is garnishing his check for child support but because he got fired from his one job because he is now illegal I may or may not get child support. I have tried to text him regarding him being responsible for his kids and he turns it back on me saying that I am money grubbing and that is all I care about. Ever since he cheated on me with his girlfriend/cousin 6 years ago he is not the same plus he is an alcoholic and possible he does drugs I really don't want to have contact with him but on my divorce papers it says to contact him for his kids and for 5 years I was not allowed to have his phone number because of his girlfriend.
