Where do I find the latest immigration requirements for Canadians & US citizens
I've been spending a lot of time trying to get straight answers to my Canadian/US immigration questions (ya welcome to the club you all say?) I am Canadian and he is dual Canadian & American and I thought I read somewhere that there were new rules and regulations that went into place after 911 and even more recent? What are others coming across that may be of help to all us Canadians/Dual/USA citizens that want to get married eventually if not immediately? Thanks for all the help...

Perhaps if we had a hint what you are asking about it would be easier to answer you.

What is your question? Canada is one Country; the US is another. Where are you going and where you coming from?

There are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of pages of Immigration Law in both Countries.

Ooops sorry... I usually say too much but this time I didn't say that I am Canadian and have 2 kids almost adults and I want to marry an American man with dual status and one day we'd like to retire somewhere hot in the USA. We have 5 kids almost grown between us that complicates things also. If I want to live in the USA with him does it mean we have to get married in the states... So many questions and yes hundreds if not thousands of answers ~ Hope this makes things a little easier for you to give me more applicable advice...
