Harbor breeze light won't come off. I click the button once and doesn't turn off like it did when I purchased it 3 weeks ago. It stopped working properly yesyterday, it's a remote fan and I tried reseting the remote.. nothing.

Are you able to control the fan speed still?

Yes everything, I can make the light dimmer to but not as much as before, I can't turn it off

Press and hold the light button for 5-8 full seconds. Come back and tell us how this affected the lights

It makes it dimmer and then bright again, like always. Before I just pressed the button once without holding and it would turn off the light and if I would press it again it would turn it on, no wif I press it once it will make the light dimmer but not turn it off completely

Short of a bad receiver/remote have have no other thoughts. Since this is under warranty I'd return it.

Did you end up finding a way to fix this problem? We are having the same issues and I am not sure if I need to return the unit or if there is a quick fix
