    Ky eviction for occupancy
    How many days is a landlord supposed to give for eviction according to KY law. Rent is paid in full.

    Evictions come from a court not a landlord. The landlord has to give you notice that he is terminating the tenancy. The amount of notification depends on the nature of your tenancy like current status of lease, lease terms etc. Facts that you left out.

    Only if you refuse to vacate does an eviction come into play.
