    Do a collection agency have the right to go directly into your bank account?
    Do a collection agency have the right to go directly into your bank accounts and withdrawal all the monies from that account?

    Yes they do... if they won a judgment against you in court and got awarded a writ of garnishment. But not until then. Unless you give them that right on a direct payment arrangement. (a bad idea).

    You didn't have a court date you forgot about or blew off, did you?
