Something keeps automatically deleting the exe I'm downloading
I'm trying to install cashfiesta toolbar which is considered adware. First time norton catched it but I managed to get norton to leave it alone and I was able to install it. After restarting, the exe was gone, I downloaded it again but it just keeps getting deleted right after the download is complete! I unloaded norton services but still the same. I don't know what if norton is deleting it or is it something else or a built in windows function or something...

    Any idea

    Thank you.

    My first question is WHY??
You know it's spyware yet you insist on trying to install it.
Have you any idea what this is likely to do to your system ?

If you really must install this MALWARE then you will have to completely uninstall Norton from your system.

rori, congrats on working out how to rate a question.

The answering of my questions would have given more insight into your intentions and helped us to assist you better.
Yes the ONLY way to install this AND keep it installed is to remove any kind of scanning software you have, so it doesn't load on boot and remove it again.
As I mentioned it is MALWARE and will cause problems to your system, but if you already know all this why are you even asking for help.

Ps there is a nice link in my signature that explains that I DO KNOW WHat I'm Talking About.
Look at the one that says My Experience !
