I just purchased a small 24' x 24' seasonal cabin with a crawl space that has plumbing but no vents. The toilet is installed but the water supply is stubbed next to the toilet and the drain is stubbed next to the foundation where I will be hooking up to a septic system. My septic guy says we have to vent somewhere but my walls are all finished and I don't want to start ripping. The cabin will be a tear down in a couple years so I am not opposed to running a vent along an interior wall or cutting a hole and running a vent up an exterior wall. Suggestions??

The bathroom is small (7'6" x 5'6" ), (standing in the doorway):

** The lavatory is on the right against an interior wall, it has a P-Trap and drains through the floor.
** The toilet is straight ahead on the exterior wall and drains down and to the left about 10' then stubbed by the foundation. S/B main?
** The shower is on the left, it's a corner unit, it has a P-Trap.
** The shower drain is connected to the lavatory drain which connects to the kitchen sink drain 15' away before draining outside.

Can we run 1 vent for these 3 bathroom fixtures??
Should I re-route the Lavatory & Shower drains into the Toilet drain making it a Main? If so, does it matter where these fixtures tie into the main?

The Kitchen is on the left side of the house (same side as the main drain will exit cabin and connect to the septic).

** The kitchen sink needs a P-Trap installed and to have the drain connected to the main.
** The kitchen sink drains through the floor.

Can this kitchen sink connect to the main drain down stream from the toilet?
If so, can I leave this drain as is which includes the lavatory and shower, just connecting it to the main?
Should I run a T through the wall and vent on the outside of the cabin for this fixture?

I hope this all makes sense. Since I will be tearing down in a couple years I don't want to spend all sorts of money on plumbing so I am trying to tackle this myself.

Any help would be appreciated.

I got to tell you Henny,

Your cabin is so far out of code that I'm not even going to attempt to bring it back in.
Code calls for EVERY fixture that has a trap has to be vented and every one of your fixtures has a unvented "S" trap instead of a vented "P" trap. Since you will be tearing the cabin down any how why not run a vent off the tail end of the house main and another outside next to the cleanout the septic guy will be installing and hope this wet vents the entire house. Now a plumber wouldn't agree and a inspector would run me right out of the trade but unless you're willing to go the expense and hassle of bringing the cabin, that you're going to tear down anyway, up to code I've given you the easiest way out.
