Transfer of Property/Bankruptcy in Oregon
Oops. To avoid my having to pay probate, my parent transferred her property over to me in a statutory warranty deed reserving life estate for her. Since I have huge credit card debts, I transferred it back to her in a statutory warranty deed. How long do I need to wait to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy for a complete discharge? I don't want the bankruptcy trustee to declare the deed a fraudulent transfer.
