    Can not chat with friends
    Hi! I've been using my hotmail account for almost 4 years and everything was working gratefully, until yesterday! Since yesterday I'm trying to chat with my friends but it always says : 'u can not open chat with (the person's name) please try again later)

    Hotmail was experiencing issues the last day or so. Are you still having problems? I assume you are using Windows Messenger to "chat".
