    Actually I think the top one is ionic interaction and the bottom, hydrophobic interaction

    Nope, those two answers are wrong...

    Where you see a hydrogen atom covalently bonded to either N, O or F, you have to look out for any possible hydrogen bonding. The hydrogen atom acquires a partial positive charge and will form a hydrogen bond with an atom with a partial negative charge, including N, O or F.

    Now, when you see charges being clearly shown, that means there is an ionic bond somewhere.

    Well, if with those you can't get the answer, I don't know how to help you without giving those very obvious hints. :)

    The top interaction: -O-H...NH2R is a HYDROGEN BOND (a classic one)
    The lower interaction: -COO- ... +H3N- is an IONIC ATTRACTION (isn't it obvious?)
    Hydrophobic interactions are hydrocarbon groupa (aliphatic or aromatic) with each other.
