Ok here it goes... i have had the implanon bar in my arm since january 2010. I had a normal period until october. In october i didn't have one then i had a iregular one that didn't last as long as normal. And now its february and i haven't had a period since then. I hve gained like 20 pounds i have been soo sleepy my body hurts my breasts are tender and i am so moody. I have taking the at home tests and all have been negitave. I have takenthe one where u pee in the cup then add drops to th test and the one where you pee on the stik could i still be pregnant??

While pregnancy is possible, it is likely due to the implanon. Some women will notice a change in their cycles, especially the longer they use it. They can become irregular, you may skip some now and then, or they may even stop altogether.

You could always see your doctor about having a blood test done for pregnancy.
