    Mortgage holder on property?
    How do I find out who an owner of a residential property is. I have an address and want to see who owns or is making the mortgage payments on.

    Try the local courthouse... those are all public record. Many are online... but you may need to visit them in person where its not. The name on the deed is usually the same as who has the mortgage.
