    Kids (tv) movie from late 80s early 90s
    I am trying to remember the name of a kids movie from the late 80s or early 90s that had only 1 actor in it with a lot of puppets and people in monster costumes. The character's name is Tim I believe and he gets home from a day at school and there's this disembodied which talks to him.

    The movie takes place in one room pretty much but it uses a lot of imagination puppets/props appear in the room. There is singing the movie too. The main point of the movie seems to be to find something with a long name which is used in a song in the movie too I believe. I can't remember much more than that

    One specific seen I remember is that character goes into space in a bath tub through his closet or something. Also there is a scene with a lot of large monsters.

    Any help will be much appreciated!

    I think the movie your thinking of is called little monsters with fred savage. Let me know if I'm right.
