    My kids
    Can I check in find out who use my kids names ss# on there taxes. Ever yr it's the same thing.

    You can not find this out.
    If you think that you are the one who can claim the dependent, then file your tax return and claim the dependent. It you are unable to efile, then send paper return. IRS with then contact both of your and figure out who must amend the tax return and pay the tax due with interest and penalty. Your U.S. Tax Return: Child of separated or divorced parents

    I'm the only one that takes care if my kids. I'm a sinlg mother if 3 kids. This was about 9yrs when my **** was stole with all my paper in it birth cilf. Ss# and my id. The person still get work under my name and etc to this day.. what can I do don't it. At this time I'm out if a job.
