I have been sepearted from my kids dad for 4 years now.We were togeter before the break up on and off for about 2 years.He has not supported them I have done all the support,I clothe,cook.and help them and I have a friend that helpms me with them also.I tried legal aide in Memphis and they always say that they cannot help me because they are short staffed.I want to file for a divorce but I am low income and I need legal help.Is there anyway that I can get any fees waived or print the divorce forms online for free?He has don't nothing for them in 4 years,besides paid chump change in child support.I tried to give him visitaion Christmas 09,he called me back 30 minutes after I dropped them off and my daughter cried the whole time she was there.Also I had to get a order of protection cause of the threats I received from this guy.If someone can help and advise me please do so.
