My ex does not help out
He never calls to talk to our 2 year old and we are soon to have another child together and is not active in the pregnancy or help out financally with any of the children's needs such as diapers, clothes, bedding etc. He is currently on Probation for a crime he's committed almost 8 years ago. He has a history of running from his probation officers and using marijuana. How do I go about getting sole custody of our soon to be two kids?

You go to Court and file a petition and you PROVE that the father is a danger to the children. The Court will order DNA testing to prove paternity.

Has he always been in trouble or did this happen after you had children with him?
