    For 401k early withdrawal can I file two years later
    I terminated a 401k in 2010 for 1200. Can I wait for the next tax year to file?

    Sorry, but you MUST pay the taxes on your 2010 tax return.

    If you have not already receive one, you WILL get a Form 1099-R showing the 401K withdrawal.
