    Late mortgage payments
I sold a house on land contract. Payments are to be paid on or before the 4th of the month. The only reference to late payments in the contract is that there is a 5% penalty for any payment over 10 days late. All 6 payments have been more then one but less then 10 days late and I have had to go to the their house to pick up all the payments. What can I legally do to receive the payments on or before the 4th of each month without having to go to their house. Thank you, Dan
