Does the workers compensation insurance send you anything for tax purposes?
My husband is on workers comp and has been for 14 months. We have yet to receive anything before we file for taxes ( I do work so we still my file) I do know this is tax-free, but don't we still have to claim it?

Hello, thank you in advance for taking the time to read my thread. I am a contractor. I do contract labor for a company that recently got all of us,( the employees), together and told us that we will either have to start taking a deduction from our checks to cover the cost of the workers...
I was just curious as to WHY there is absolutely no topic/forum on this big bureaucratic mess? I can't imagine that nobody has dealt with it in some way or another but I can find nothing, nadda zip on the subject anywhere on this board?
