    ITIN for F-2 visa holder
    I am on F-1 visa since 2006. My wife joined me (with F-2 visa) in 2010. I am filing 1040EZ for 2010. Since my wife doesn't have SSN, I am filing W-7 form to get ITIN for her. Of the options listed below, what description would describe my situation the best?

    a. Nonresident alien required to obtain ITIN to claim tax treaty benefit
