I had my period januaray30 2011 and I have been having intercourse the first day of my period till today and I have been having minor cramping and pink discharge only after I use the bathroom is that a sign of a miscarrage

If you were to notice implantation bleeding, and most women do not, it usually is only a day or two. The discharge may just be from the frequent intercourse. Miscarriage is most often associated with more cramping and red bleeding... for many women it will be similar to a period. They may even mistaken it for a slightly off period in early pregnancy.

If you are trying to become pregnant, continue to have intercourse as you are likely coming up to when you would probably be most fertile. The pinkish discharge and mild cramping could be a sign of your body preparing for ovulation as well.

Be sure to start on prenatal vitamins or a multivitamin if you are not already doing so. This is important while trying to conceive as well as in pregnancy.
