No visa or green card but a dirty mouth... pfa
I am a us citizen and my ex-boyfriend is from overseas, he does not have a green card or visa. We have a child, he is harassing me in taking my daughter away. He has alcohol and drug problems, he abuses me mentally and physically, his family has about the same issue.. his family has had children services on them. He has a dirty mouth. Does he has the rights to my daughter? And on top of that should I write up a pfa on him?

His immigration status is secondarily related to the primary issue of custody. This is more of a family law question. His immigration status will be an issue as he has no authorization to stay in the US. But in general, the family court system will not subject him to USCIS or ICE detention.
