Step father adoption
Mu daughter is 13 years old and was born in USA. Her father lives in different country and never so her. We did divorce before she was born.Only his name in the birth of certificate. I has married , and my husband want adopt her and my daughter want this to. What we need to do?

You need to hire an attorney to prepare the adoption petition. This will include getting the father to agree or at least make a good faith attempt to do so. |
