    Cant find my husbund to get a divorce, how can I do this without a lawyer

    Depends on the State but in general you file for a divorce and advise the Court you cannot locate your husband and need a Court Order permitting service by publication.

    This is complicated and you are far better retaining an Attorney than attempting to do "this" yourself.
