    How do I learn how to do a cart-wheel?
    I need to learn how to do a cart-wheel for cheer tryouts in may... I used to be able to do them now I can't I won't put any body wieght on my arms I way 140lbs and I'm 11, I'm loseing wieght slowly. Its going to be snowy for awhile and I bearly have room in the house.. what can I do... any ideas?

    You can always take a private lesson at a gymnastics place if you don't like training in front of a bunch of people. But remember, doing a cartwheel takes about 2 seconds. Your arms should be able to support you without a problem. Don't under estimate your own strength. If you want to build muscle in your upper body, you can always do push ups, or abdominal exercises. I always thought pilates is the best way to go if you want to lose weight and build lean muscle control.
