    Well you don't have much information about the first movie so I would have to guess Zo no Inai Dobutsuen or Zoo without an elephant.

    Again with only so much information my best guess would have to be sohryuden legend of the dragon kings. There are only 4 dragons and made in 91 but there are very few animes that feature celestial dragons aka chinese worm dragons fighting
