    Filling fee for I-130 & I-485
    Do I need to send separate checks for I-130 & I-485 or one check for both because I'm sending I-130 & I-485 in one packet.

    Always better to have separate checks for separate petitions. Be sure you have copies of the entire filing and the checks. Send certified mail RRR. Good luck!
