I put on weight from size 10 to nearly 12 because of junk food. I changed my diet and cut out all saturated fats, biscuits, cakes etc and started jogging. I eat breakfast and lunch well before 12pm or 1pm and then jog for an hour or more at 6PM or 4:30PM. I cover apporximately 5 miles 2-3...
