The delete key and H, J, and U Keys have fallen off my Dell inspiron 1520.
I have the plastic bits to reattatch them but can't get it to work. The keys go back on but the tops kind of poke up and the U won't go on at all... Also when the delete key fell off there were no plastic bits is this normal or did I get messed up buying a brand new PC?

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to lock the (FN) function key on a Dell Inspiron 9300 laptop? As the computer doesn't have a 10-key pad, you need to hold down the (FN) key to use the number pad (blue numbers) on the alpha keys. I would like to lock the (FN) key so as not to have to hold it...
All fn keys work except the volume up, down, and mute this just happened yesterday I haven't installed anything new is there a driver or something that will fix this?

Ok Guru's I need you help. I haven't used my Dell Lap top for a year. Now when I turn it on a screen comes up asking me for an ADMINISTRATION Password. I have never seen this before. Can I override it? Go around it? Disable it? Thanks Bill :confused:
